悪狐伝　Akkoden (Evil Fox Spirit)

The golden-haired, pale-faced Nine-Tailed Fox had fled to Japan after having its disguise destroyed by the exorcist Abe no Seimei.

The fox spirit transformed into a beautiful woman, Tamamo no Mae, secluded herself away in Nasunogahara in Shimotsuke Province, and was committing evil acts such as planning to devour the high priest of Junenji Temple.

Miuranosuke and Kazusanosuke, acting on the imperial command of the Emperor, were heading to Shimotsuke Province and after a fierce battle were successful in suppressing the evil fox spirit.  

Key point: The main feature is fox transformation.
